- This site has no forms: we do not ask for any data to browse it.
- Purchases are paid on Hotmart. We never see or store your card details.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Endolifting Academy is the medical training program of Dr. Patricio Barros, based in Santiago, Chile. Its products are sold through Servicios Profesionales de Salud Costa Limitada (RUT 77.877.603-0, Chile), which is the controller of the data described in this policy.

2. What data we process and where it comes from

We do not process card or bank account details: they are entered and stored by Hotmart. We do not request health data through this site.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To deliver what you bought (access to content, certificates, live course coordination and support). Basis: performance of the purchase contract.
- To send you emails about your purchase and related programs. Basis: our commercial relationship with you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions. Basis: your own request.
- To measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. Basis: your consent, where the law of your country requires it (see cookies).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations. Basis: the law.
We do not sell your data and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.

If you visit from Chile, the site asks you before activating measurement cookies. Until you accept, they are not stored and the site works the same. To know whether a visit comes from Chile we compare your IP address against a list of the country's ranges; that comparison is not stored.
From any country you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust the advertising you see in the ad preferences of your Meta and Google accounts.
When you buy, Hotmart reports the purchase to Meta from its own checkout page so that we can measure ad results.
The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
5. Who we share data with
Only with the providers we need in order to operate, each under its own privacy policy:
- Hotmart: payments, members area and email delivery.
- Meta Platforms: ad measurement and WhatsApp.
- Google: site statistics, typefaces and email.
- Hostinger: site hosting (keeps technical access logs for security).
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States, Brazil and the European Union. We will also disclose data to an authority when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Purchase data: while you have access to the program and, afterwards, for the period required by tax regulations (six years).
- WhatsApp and email conversations: up to two years after the last contact.
- Measurement data: the duration of each cookie listed above.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy (access and portability);
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date (rectification);
- delete it when it is no longer needed or you withdraw your consent (erasure);
- stop using it for advertising, or suspend its use (objection and restriction);
- withdraw the consent you gave us, without affecting what was already done.
Write to endoliftingacademy@gmail.com with your name, the email you purchased with and what you need. It is free and we reply within 30 days. We may ask for an additional detail to confirm it is you.
These rights are recognized in Chile by Law No. 19,628 and Law No. 21,719. If you live in another country, we respect the equivalent rights under your legislation, such as the European GDPR or Brazil's LGPD. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Chile, the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
8. Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), it does not store visitors' personal data, and access to the platforms holding buyers' data is limited to the team members who need it. No system is infallible: if an incident affecting you occurs, we will let you know.
9. Minors
Our programs are intended for healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will notify buyers by email.
